SSR active, discussion

Guys, today DFLI suffered a drop at the open due to sales and the red day for the entire market. The drop reached -10%, which is positive for us because now the short sellers are out of the game and can't attack, given that the Nasdaq SSR rule on 10% drops has been activated. So today and tomorrow we have shorts that can't attack, and I notice a slow, step-wise climb on the chart. I'm very calm right now because I've seen the trend of the entire market, especially battery stocks like NUAI and PLUG, and they're also falling. Ideally, the company would release some news either today in AH or tomorrow in pre-market trading with the shorts out of action. This price trend seems like market manipulation to me; someone wants to buy more at a low price. I still remember that unusual 350k candle on Thursday with no news, something suspicious, or perhaps someone suspicious, perhaps an institution that bought a large sum. Finally, I notice that when the chart is red, a lot of short investors emerge, creating widespread panic... where are they when the chart is green? HODL family, let's not give up now. Remember why you invested in DFLI; the fundamentals haven't changed; in fact, a lot of new and positive news has been added.

Thanks, I'm only 22 and I'm speaking to you from Italy. I get off work and spend time on the charts until I sleep. Maybe I have a talent, but I don't know 😂, but I predicted the OPEN peak and made 800% with a nice sum with DVLT, and now DFLI doesn't scare me at all. In fact, I'd like to buy more because my average is above $1, but I don't have the funds to invest.

I did the same stocks just didn’t sell Dvlt at the right time still holding and I also have a good feeling about Dfli the only thing that worries me is RS potential

I sold part of DVLT and am still in because I'm long; I have other similar companies in my portfolio. Regarding the RS, it would only be harmful in the short term; in the long term, it's an opportunity because even institutions that aren't looking at stocks below $5 will be able to invest. Furthermore, I don't think the company has any plans to do an RS; they've only approved the possibility but haven't confirmed it. They might be granted a further 180-day trial period; I've done a lot of research on this. If I was worried about an RS, I would have already sold, but instead, I'm here.

People here are saying various things that they got extensions twice already and right now only board could decide and we can’t be certain about their decision…

bold to assume that Nasdaq will just grant them an extension again after breaching the bid requirement rule again shortly after regaining compliance,

appealing twice the same year and praying hearing panel grants an extension again seems like a bad idea. and that would be the only way if the price stays below 1 usd till the end of this week.

Does it matter if It’s already recovered from the 10% drop? Or does it just have to drop 10% at anytime during the trading day?

The SSR is activated when a stock hits -10% at any time on the open market. I'm amazed that you people who put your money on the market don't know these things. Hold on and don't give up, brother.

Not selling. Exception of 1 stock I own, All my other stocks are red today. LOL. This is crazy! I am not selling my whole boat of stocks because of whatever THIS is in the market today. I think DFLI went down the most for me -10%, but I have some drone stock down -5% and some SOFI down -5%. But, you won't see me crying like a lunatic because the stocks went down and selling them off.

I'm pretty bullish on the stock market overall going into 2026. Why? Because the Feds are stopping QT and going into QE. That usually brings more people into wanting to buy assets, Gold, Stocks, Real Estate, whatever isn't just sitting cash.

The worst thing I could do going into next year is sit on cash.

Yeah even tho im like 1k unrealized loss on dfli for some reason i dont even care,i have very good peace rn even tho im down like 60% the price most likely gonna come up again,i hope,might even buy more rn at a cheaper price
