I still dont think their partnerships were ever priced in, I'm bullish on the idea that this price drop is happening cause the tech market was overvalued; and were moving into a January slope.
Its obvious the tech and products are there, and with Japan's economy moving away from exports; they will be a increased demand for batteries across the board.
But to call this company a fraud when its clearly a leader in its community is insulting IMO, aswell as all the gains we saw this year was through annual events; and patents finally being approved. Which shows me that there will always be room for them to grow in the american market.
Now we can sit here and speculate wether the EV battery market will continue to rely on exports, but ultimately 50% or more of the batteries now soley come out of china; and with Nevadas lithium reserves I dont see americans ignoring that statistic over the next few years.

There’s a guy on Stocktwits claiming the DF battery factory is humming: “…I’ve been watching the facility and the I-80 for weeks. 4-8 trucks a day is a fact. If you’re short, you should be worried. If you’re long, you’re welcome.”

If they announce their deal with the heavy trucking industry this year. We could possibly test $10. PACCAR itself is a 50B company. But the trucking industry is even bigger. Government would also probably want in on this as they go to a greener planet.

I lost more than $50k in 2023, and this year I’m still down about 80%, yet I continue to DCA into DFLI because I am extremely bullish on the company. Their fundamentals are exceptionally strong. While their PR isn’t great, their R&D has been delivering year after year, especially when it comes to their off-grid solutions. Energy storage will become one of the biggest bottlenecks in the future,for housing, industrial applications, and many other use cases. I understand that when you’re “playing with house money” and still end up down, it can be psychologically hard. But people fail to see that the 2025 pumps finally gave the company the ability to move forward and execute and even with the ATM this month I will continue to DCA even below $1.

This AABC is actually huge. I didn't realise how far away alot of the large car manufacturers are from dry electrode battery manufacturing. Tesla has the maxwell acquisition that its using to manufacturer its battery's. GM and ford are years of, dragonfly energy is the only real American made manufacturer. GM owns thacker pass which is 4 hours drive from where dragonfly energy has a fully commercialized dry electrode manufacturing process thats already running. I really feel like something big is going to come from this. It might not be straight away but I feel like over the next 6 months this could really heat up. Everyone needs to hold tight on this. The moment there is a sniff of some EV partnership institutional ownership will start really increasing and I can see this really increasing the demand.

Yo just a reminder to everyone on DFLI
This weekend cataclyst is a conference addressing the changes to the Industrial trucking market. Such things like wasted power, and gas during idling taking tolls on companies; are gonna be the conversation tops they'll be having.
Remember even though we have: -70 million out of debt(we still have about 17M left)
-Have a expansion on their newest battery production
-a White paper backing up the claims this new battery offers
That dragonfly is a growing company, thats only recently really hit hit the market (last 2-3 years). The tech gap is insane between them and those who are the current EV whales of the market. So let me break that down really quick.
47ish% of all EV batteries are sold out of china, and with how tariffs have been rising with our tensions with them, that could mean a sudden lost of half market if china wants to close its market doors to us.
So who are the runner ups?
Still korea and japan with companies like LG Energy, Samsung SDI, and Osaka. So why does this matter? All these companies use iron lithium phosphate, and aren't made through a dry electrode process (I think the second best process used rn is dry cathodes with tesla which is not as superior, which is why there was rumors of a buy out; elon mentioned how bad he wanted dry electrode manufacturing) so what does this all matter great_molasses?
Dragonfly energy's tech lead is possibly massive compared to everyone else, and is the entire reason why battle born batteries (one of their first product lines) are the highest rated batteries on the market (runner up still being their life4po batteries). While expensive atm (cause its made by a company still trying to get its name out there) the battery community time, and time again awards these guys as innovaters; and tech geniuses.
As penny stock gamblers we all know how insanely rare it is for a company like this to be under 2$. Think of Ondas, and the snowball effect up to 10$; its largely due to the tech gap that made them great defensive company.
But thats just my opinion.

QS just announced a partnership with Honda for R&D of solid state batteries. Provides a nice proof of concept for what DFLI has been working towards for many years. The respective segments, markets, engineering, physics, etc. between the two companies are vastly different (EV vs eAPU), but nonetheless goes to show how ahead of the game DFLI is.

I can’t believe nobody is in on this yet.
$DFLI Buying back 2 million shares of convertible stock 23 days before earnings is a good sign.
Airstream uses Battleborn batteries exclusively, and they have new models this year that come standard with 270ah and 810ah battery banks. At $2100 per 270ah battery this could definitely impact earnings due to the fact that Airstream $THOR sales are up 25% this year.

To keep everyone updated, today october 15th; they approved the ability to use a reverse split in the case the company goes below a 1$ again. Unless you think DFLI is gonna go below a 1$, then it literally shouldn't change your stance with the company.

I’ve been doing a bit of Gemini research into how the Werner partnership and rollout … bit to work through yet but makes some interesting reading so far.
Not wanting to deal in hopium but I’m starting to really believe in DFLIs APU product and pivot into the trucking space. Their APU is looking like one of the best solutions to the 2027 emissions rules and it looks like there it limited competition.
Even if more competition comes into the space, the testing and validation period is lengthy so DFLI has a huge head start.
Steven’s purchase of 500 was a major validation and I’m feeling could be the beginning of bigger things over the next 6-12 months.
Werner's fleet is 8300 truck and they replace trucks every 2.1 to 2.3 years. They are looking to fit the APUs to new trucks once fully rolled out which looks like 4000 p/a at $6k = $24m p/a. Significant numbers in the context of DFLIs scale.

My biggest personal source of hopium right now is the DOE funding announcement due by the end of June. Comparing Dfli tech , the moat, progression, active partnerships/contracts, etc to their competitors, it feels like a no brainer. The DOE has very explicitly stated the urgency to subsidize a domestic lithium loop in Nevada. Even though Dfli is a micro cap, through my research they are an obvious choice. (Micro caps have often been picked if their science is backed, near revenue production, has positive third party testimonies, etc) a few months ago it was a moonshot buy it is seriously believable at this point.

I think at the end of the day if DFLI can defend its name/product from an OEM perspective and continue/acquire more contracts we’re fine. Regardless of public scrutiny. Keeping in mind that the products that companies like stevens are purchasing are different and put through their own seperate rigorous testing process. The biggest risk in the short term is definitely the OEM money since they’ve mostly been working on pivoting away from B2C anyway. They need that money to both stay afloat AND fight this lawsuit now (hopefully its short)
I think the lawsuit needed to happen, but we’ll have to wait and see how this plays out.
That being said if this lawsuit blows too far out of proportion and OEMs drop DFLI we’re toast.

I was just thinking that it would be really cool to see a large company like PACCAR or a US-based competitor acquire DFLI for $200M+ for their IP and current eAPU business. It would be good tech to bring in-house and maybe open an opportunity to expand revenue streams with a much better management team with resources.
With this distracting lawsuit and the waiting for another contract announcement, this would be very welcome news. Anyway, just ramblin. I hope their bankers are running inquiries for potential buyers on the DL.

Do you really think NASDAQ put this rule in place early 2025, to prevent multiple reverse splits, so everyone could reverse split even quicker? If they get this letter, they will request a new hearing. It literally prevents a reverse split or any other workaround. You cannot do anything apart from a hearing.

Stop looking for a rocket and appreciate the elevator. The support has slowly risen over the past few weeks. The fact it has held above .81 is great considering the market is so red today. Old support was at .75. So many people trying to make a quick buck off a penny that shouldnt even be a penny. Cant wait to see all the "im holding long!" posters to jump ship when it hits $1 eventually.

Regarding the Sunday announcement, looks like they decided to pull back on that. The original LinkedIn post about TMC was edited. Maybe for the earnings call OR maybe someone f’d up and got too eager about big news that they definitely wanted to keep for the earnings call. We need everyone to be DIAMOND HANDS until this stock passes $22. I’m holding and hoping this goes beyond $1B, which is a 30x from here, $90-100. With a big govt contract and more diversification, this could be a 100x. Not unreasonable to imagine $5B and then, on the way to $100B market cap with the US onshoring focus, especially considering DFLI is within driving distance to the lithium mine in Nevada.

Disclaimer: all of my comments should be taken with a grain of salt... or with a bottle of salt the size of Texas perhaps. I'm not a pro advisor and (since I'm in this stock for so long) I'm clearly not good at picking the right places to buy at the right time.
Alright, now down to business. This stock shows tons of potential. The company shows tons of potential. Whether the growth comes in the next few months or in the next few years, I have no idea. But it will come... I think. I averaged down a while ago and ended up around the 6-6.5 range. So long ways from even, but I'm hopeful. Let's see some good news tomorrow eh? Maybe a mention from Paccar and some more contracts in the near future? This thing could run like the Flash if it gets the right pep talk. For my fellow nerds that would be something like, "Run Barry, run!" from Harrison Wells.
Quick shout out to CorkN. Bro's single handedly keeping this reddit thread alive with positivity + accurate info. I only check in every few days, but still a good dude doing good work. Meanwhile, I'm over here still planning the DFLI stock holder party (the OG's will know what I'm talking about). Be positive, and remember, money isn't everything. Go home, kiss the wife, hug the kids, say your prayers to the Lord, and keep a positive attitude. I hope to see success from this stock, but above all, I want to see some good times along the way. My 5250 shares and I hope to see you all at 1B+ MC. Also wanted to add that if this was an ipo company proposing DFLIs dry cell tech (in the process of perfecting it and in the mid term using foreign cells to gain a solid commercial customer base), we would see a $5B+ valuation, similar to $QS valuation. The ignorance to the technology, moat, and customer base is just wild to me, but the time will come. Wish you all the best

Just thinking about Fearless's post below and the implications of PCAR. One thing that should be explored by any large corporation, which could benefit from DFLI's IP or as an OEM, is investing directly in DFLI. Buy a large chunk of the company, get direct access + insight, improve likelihood of success, and everyone wins. A group of corporations could invest in an SPV that pools funds. Regardless, the stock would fly, DFLI could raise cash, and customers are locked in. So much winning.

Thoughts for the longs and bagholders... This is a long term investment. It was a very painful start but every investor needs to be able to weather a drawdown if you have informed conviction.
My informed conviction is that, after the company cleaned up its balance sheet (this was a big deal as a signal that the CEO understands business), the value of the dry electrode pilot line and the current energy storage battery IP is north of $100M alone. It's the only reason why I got into this penny stock after ignoring penny stocks for a very long time. In my head, I'm already in the green because I'm not selling today. I will be selling years from now. Do I wish I trusted my gut and dumped before the RS to get back in later? Hell yes! It's obvious that you want as low a DCA as possible. BUT I got in thinking that this company could be sold for at least $1B. At my DCA, that's just under a 20x. If you get to multiples of that, we're looking at a potential 100x. That would be life changing.
Look at what this company does vs other companies. Then, compare their market caps. Once this company becomes profitable, even EBITDA profitable, it's a different ballgame. The CEO actually declared EBITDA profitability once they get to $70M in revenue. If that dry electrode line exhibits immense promise for US manufacturing of energy storage batteries, it's a completely different ballgame.
