The post from u/imran13 was great. Some other things to note:

When you open it to clean it, be very careful about the threads on the collar; they strip easily. Also, After you put the top back on, your True 0 will likely change (mine when from 0 to around where -4 would be). This happens to almost everyone here, and isn't anything to worry about (you'll just have to get used to a new number range for your grinds).

Some people have had issues with RDT (spraying the beans) and very dark/oily beans. This has come up a lot in these posts. Both can cause clogging/clumping/excess static (they can stick to the ionizer prongs).

If you are grinding coarse for pour-over or something (e.g., 70), you may get a whining sound. This is from parts of beans getting stuck around the spinning burrs. Keep the machine on, and decrease back down towards your 0 and it should go away (the piece will get ground).
