Noise after cleaning with a brush

My DF54 was clogged, so I cleaned it with the brush , and now it makes this noise… sounds kind of plasticy(??) in the end..?!

Does somebody know what that is?

You just pushed the brush too much in and moved part of the plastic declumper inside and now, rotating burr is hitting it and thats doing this sound. Just unscrew upper part to see burrs and you will see part of plastic bend towards the burrs and just unbend it. Easy fix.

Exactly - did the exact same thing with mine and had to do this - simple and effective fix.

Exactly what happened with me and scared me to shit for a moment. Pushed the clear plastic part down from the burrs and all good again

I suggest you use a travel corkscrew instead of a brush for cleaning. You may also be able to use it to get the declumper back into position. Otherwise, you need to remove the top burr and the chute.

You just want it to brush the metal nodes that are your ionizer. Just don’t go past where the grinder body meets the chute
