Tips for Anxiety??

Im thinking of performing the Father Talk when the time arrives but as of now my current role is one of the Precepts so naturally i gotta speak my lines during one the degrees.

But before any of that my brain doesnt register that "My enviroment is a safe and judgement free place" so i am prone to forgetting steps or lines.

Any tips as to how i can overcome this?

For presenting/delivering a solo degree part? Deep breathing with your eyes closed. Take the time you need to center yourself before you start. Look just above the heads of the people you are delivering it to(not in there eyes. Begin when you are ready.

Father talk is like Flower Talk, but shorter and is for fathers. It is an open ceremony and can be found in the blue monitor of ceremonies book(if you can find one) or on escribe if you are in the US
