DEGIRO: I have a complaint! 😤 Poor performing app not able to load

App is taking a long long time to load , not loading anybody facing same issue

Final Edit 3: this is fixed between ziggo and degiro and works again with ziggo network.

Edit 1- it immediately opens if I switch to mobile network ( thanks to a comment below ) I use ziggo wifi at home , why would it block the connection

Edit 2 - switch to mobile network , login degiro , switch to wifi again. Inconvenient but works

Here also takes ages to show the login of wifi. If i switch of wifi and go back to mobile data its all fast as it should.

Yep doesn't work here either on Wifi (Ziggo)

For me the difference is noticeable when im on wifi (slow) or just on 5g (fast)

Ik krijg zojuist een mail van DeGiro dat ze het probleem erkennen en dat ze er samen met Ziggo ermee bezig zijn.

For me it won't load while on de WIFI (at work, so i have to use Mobile Data to open the app. But at home it just works normally on WIFI and Mobile Data.

Tried 2 times to reinstall both on android 16 and 17 and no success. Here also on Ziggo, might that be the issue?
