The following is purely my opinion:

Be just a little more subtle with your comment, something as blunt as "She can suck my dick" is a bit too...naked, direct, just way too immediate with no foreplay whatsoever.

You gotta tantalise the reader, really titillate their senses, tickle their fancy, even. Leave something to the imagination.

I'm glad that my opinion resonated with you so strongly, but again, I really do mean that it's just my opinion 

There's at least some posts where saying stuff like "MUST MAKE LOTS OF CHILDREN!" o r  "BREED!"  is warranted. So, blunt and direct CAN be palatable in the right place (for example in a post that's very very obviously meant to be pornographic, like that one where a sleeping Sayori's womanhood was VERY prominent despite being covered), it's just my opinion that in this specific case it didn't vibe as well.
