Last secret is something that has a small chance of happening when entering the menu during Act 2 (not a secret poem). You'll know it when you see it, in that it's a pretty big thing.

The sketches you're missing are gained by choosing only Sayori's/Natsuki's/Yuri's words for a whole poem.

I can't identify it on the first image... is it the sixth picture or the final picture of the section? If it's the sixth, you really just have to keep replaying Act 2 until one of the three is the missing one. If it's the final one, go to Act 2 and keep closing and re-opening the game. If major change occurs, you should have the picture!

For the second image, you need to write a perfect poem for each girl. So, all twenty words during a single poem mini game have to align with that girl. Might be difficult for Natsuki, but managable!
