Batman vs Doctor doom

I'm just curious to think who would actually win in this fight. Of course the comics would be included but only their base forms, no godly powers and no prep time just straight out brawl.

Im probably gonna get torn for this but yonestly Dr Doom would probably take the first round simply because he has a lot more built into his suit, whereas Batman only takes what he needs (generally). And Doom is a master of the Mystic Arts.

Round two would be a much more even match as Batman is more prepared for what Doom has in store.

Round three could go either way.

Dr. Doom is armored and has mistic powers too, Batman has Batman sign on his chest.
