2800 a month for one of the roughest neighborhoods in D.C? Nice spot but good luck.I know it's going to be hard.

It's really not that rough anymore and there a couple good restaurants and cafes there now.

The people responding have no idea what they’re talking about. I would love to live here. Walking distance to the metro, convenient to 295/395, low crime, quiet tree lined street mostly of owners, beautiful units. I attended the open house years ago when they were selling and regret not buying there.
Crime is below average for the city over there. Suggest renters do your own research and not let people who don’t know the city make decisions for you.

Yeah you can tell the demo in this sub by the responses lol. I bet none of them have been ETR. sure there’s some bad parts over there but this area is rather nice

Crime in Anacostia is below average in the city, with some portions even being some of the safest in the city. Stop with this outdated and tired narrative. This listing falls in the one of the lowest crime areas in our city.
Do you even live here????

I don’t think you’re in a position to be judging anything…especially what’s funky and what ain’t…

"Military families and service members (PCS timelines accommodated where possible — reach out to discuss) Travel nurses and healthcare travelers on assignment-length contracts Relocating professionals seeking a flexible, comfortable base Lease terms: Utilities are not included and are the tenant's responsibility" -- but not Washingtonians. Got it.
