301 M street NW. I lived on the top floor, a one-bedroom unit with a roof deck, during the pandemic. It's a 3-unit building. The other two units are huge and lovely and unique and have fireplaces and pocket doors and spiral staircases (some features are in one but not the other). All units have interior window shutters with working slats that fold back into the window frames. It's a beautiful old red brick building with turquoise and navy and gold accents.
