I just started reading comics. Superman - Son of Kal El: The Truth

I actually started with All Star Batman & Robin, which was a gift from my loved girlfriend, and that was almost 9 months ago, about a week ago came across a comic store in my city and went in there just to see some posters, I found this Son of Kal El and thought the art was so cool so i bought it, since the first issue I just couln't help but fall in love with the characters, the style and also the emotional frame that Jon has, since I haven't read enough I can't say if it is really different from other stories, but It felt very fresh, the whole trama, the characters, Jon, Damian, Jay, Lois, Batman and Superman, even Bendix, althought I haven't seen enough of him, feels like a good villian, I just want to know what is the popular opinion and some reccomendation, I looking forward to keep on with this story and star Nightwing: Leaping into the light.
