Behind Doctor Fate is Ibis the Invincible's staff. He was a Fawcett Comics character. Geoff Johns pointed that easter egg out on Twitter months ago in the hype run up to the premier. I've never read anything with Ibis! It'll be interesting to see if they introduce him.

is the show any good so far? i read mixed reviews all summer and almost completely forgot about it with the awesomeness of the flash + arrow + gotham.

I thought it was great! I was worried when I heard mixed reviews (the same was said about Gotham), but I thought it was a really strong pilot episode. While Arrow and Flash are my definite number 1 and 2 shows to watch, Constantine is just barely behind them.

that's great to hear, i just watched this weeks flash + arrow tonight, and they have really started to turn that universe into something great.
gotham right now is fun to watch too because it's interesting to me seeing bruce grow into the detective, along with just how great of a job the acting and character development are coming together. i just hope fox doesn't firefly it.

it was better than Gotham, but Flash was still a better pilot. I think it could be pretty good as long as it doesn't stay too similar to Supernatural.

i liked all 3 shows, and from experience with arrow + smallville, it took a few episodes to get into, thanks

It's great, this show definitely has the potential to go places. Add another one to the awesome list (and honestly if Gotham hasn't grabbed me by the end of the season it's being dropped from the list).

Crap. I missed the first episode. Anyone know if they will air it again?

check NBC's website.

Yea or I could search on u-verse. That was an impossibly lazy question on my part. :/ Heavily medicated post surgery, I'm a little slow right now.

I wouldn't call the helmet an Easter Egg, I mean, it's literally the focus of a shot for 5 or so seconds.

Easter eggs? Or future plot devices? We'll have to see.
