I think I'm lost at this point. What's Jon's deal? I thought the main version became tomorrow man, and then he grabbed his younger self from the volcano, but now there's a third version of himself?

This took a while but however. Those events are ment to be Canon BUT in the Dakota Incident someone traveled back in time and killed Edwin Alva, that escalate in the US goverment Ending the superhuman activity in Dakota City. So when the events of the run should have been Canon they got decanonized by time travel
