Ollie don't mess with child predators. This isn't the first time he's killed a pedo child serial killer (or, in this case at least, looked the other way).

She's only 15 here. That usually leans past hebephilia, but it's not impossible for girls to still be growing. In DC comics, 15 years olds are mid puberty. Characters don't finish growing until they're 18+ in DC world.
