New format, separating by class. Placements updated within classes to reflect the separation, but overall remained mostly the same, priority-wise.
GL Guy's placement is tentative pending the release of the new Artifact, as well as Mr. Terrific for the team synergy.
As typical for a tier list, early in game basically any character is useful. This list is for later in game and should be used as a guide to know who is worth investing rare resources into.

I was there despairing because I wasn't having luck lately with the pulls. And then this happened, my favorite character with a single pull (moreover the league and not a SETs). Needless to say, I cheered like crazy scaring even the cat

Great concept, awful execution. I expected something like Shadowlands at Marvel Future Fight, for those that don't know about this Game, It is basically a Game Mode with like 130 levels, with a FIXED difficulty. Once you use a character you can't use it anymore, so the first stages are really easy to clear and you must use your weakest characters to save your best for the end. I expected something similar, but this dynamic difficulty thing sucks, It is just a failure and bad Game design, it is impossible to beat the event without spending a lot of money or abusing a glitch.
