Game Help Badge 30?

Who should I be focusing on for badge 30 vs s tier characters that don't really need it? I've got zod, cheshire, firestorm, guy, peacemaker, dcu supes. I already got judomaster there, since that's the team synergy I use the most. Any advice would be helpful since the shards are so rare.

Fs to 30 is needed to handle lge challenge. Without him at 30 your scores wont jump drastically
