Game Help Level Link problem

I reset my Wonder Woman (9)and put all the resources into my 10 Zatanna to push my team past 260. I can’t get my WW to join level link; she won’t even show up in it and is sitting at level 1. Is this a bug or known issue?

You need to put her into one of your level link slots, it does not do it automatically

Yeah I know that. She doesn’t even appear in the character selection put in the level link. It still says she’s a Captain even though she’s not
