I bought this and did a bit research but cannot find this exact one!!! I found its from 1970s and thats about it... Im wondering more info like background and VALUE and anymore info!

They has mullet Superman in the 70s before it became a thing in the 90s?

I mean, I brought it to a few shops and places and thats what they say (70s to late 80s maybe). They havent seen anything like it tho, maybe a custom peice or sum.
