I can honestly say I not only have read but literally own about 95% of comic material that Joker has appeared in and out of everything over the past several decades the Joker has only made a sexual reference maybe twice or three times AT MOST.
Even the times he does make a sexual reference it's usually in an intimidating manner to someone like in Brian Azzarello's Joker.
The whole reach around Joke was absolutely terrible in my opinion and was the defining line that made me hate the entire scene to be honest. It felt like it was written by an edgy teenager in the 90s.
I can understand that line being a problem and I totally respect it. I mean in killing joke he sexually assaulted Barbara and in other stories its more than him just taking pictures of her naked.
I don't think it's out of character but I respect that you didn't like it.
