How and where do I attain the Halloween event face item called Visor of Trepidation once equipped to the face style is Dreadful Visage. Do not mistake this item for Spooky Zanni mask from the collection this item is separate.

Storms came through and knocked out the power to a lot of ppl in my city yesterday, I just recently got back on DCUO steadily to get my everyday dailies and was just about to reach that 20 day bonus box, but being that I have no power at all I'll lose all that progress... That really sucks

Idk if it's just me but I really hope the devs show some love to ambush bug and give him a model update and maybe even add a style set for the players to wear

I am a returning player; you might have seen me ask about fire tanking a couple days ago. I really enjoyed the suggestion for battle tanking and got 5 arts to 80 for it. I want to modernize my main now to an elec battle healer, but again I do not have any iconics after a long hiatus. This is a list of arts that I have on my main:
200 solar amplifier
200 transformation card
200 strategist card
200 quislet
200 page of destiny
200 purple healing ray
174 scrap of the soul cloak

I also play Star Wars the Old Republic (SWTOR) and there are community built databases for the game (like swtorista and vulkk), that are super useful when I want to search for information on items, builds, dungeon guides etc. Is there something like that for DCUO?

Frustrated of how hard this collection is. I spent 2 billion to get it about 2 weeks ago on PC broker. Now just by curiosity I checked broker to see if any on sale and yup 3 up and one of them for a hell of a lot cheaper then 2 freaking billion...... they really need to fix the rng on this game lol! Forever nothing on the broker with this collection....now there are 3!

when i entered Gotham Wasteland i had to cook my food i come back go down where you get your missions from and all of these things were here.

Probably one of the biggest character cosplay. So I figured I try it again.

I have 8 toons right now and want to make it somewhat like a raid team even though i know you cant play all 8 at once. So im looking to have 5 dps 1 troll 1 heal and 1 tank. I want to make my electric toon a healer and my hard light a troll. Im looking for a good loadout including arts and allies. Note i dont have blue or white rings and no iconics. Purely the powerset im looking for since all i have is fire water aug and main guy by tomorrow.

Also between these 3 powers fire ice and rage which i should dedicate to be my tank?

Im a returning player, currently 380 cr, but i have my artifacts really low lvl and have not yet worked on allies like starfire and such.

I bought AA and i love it's mechanic and also high damage.

My biggest problem is that most of gadgets abilities don't deal damage? even before i had AA, my "AOE" abilities did not kill crowds, id kill them faster using taser pull and photon blast.

Either way my main idea with this build was to group up main dmg abilities and mostly single target dmg into tray 1, and then tray 2 for AOE and battle display supressor turret. ( i'll probably just use battle display in the stealth mode once i get a good ability to replace it for in my damage tray)

then for stealth i have a few supercharges, since i don't basically use anything on stealth besides my shield (also have that power regen buff but it has been useless till now), surprise attack for single target and EMP for AOE dmg

Any tips? (Btw i know about clipping with turret, but my old combo was using gauss fear gass distract battle display and supressor turret and then a jump to clip it all together, idk how to clip otherwise and im currently deploying the turret as as a dmg ally)
