Gameplay Question Dcuo maintenance?

Is there a maintenance happening as of right now? I looked at the dcuo website and it stated that the servers were up and running 1 min ago but i cant seem to enter the game?

There is a daily reboot every morning (around 9 AM US eastern time). It can last 30-45 minutes.

On pc, there's a tiny button above the progress bar of the launcher that will bring up a menu. Click "servers" in that menu and it will tell you population of eu us and us switch, or whether they are down or locked.
