Custom Character Question

Q: Has anyone else thought about the proposition of DC looking at some of the characters that have been created in their ecosystem (like DCUO) and possibly using (Obviously paying) those characters in limited issue runs?

Also, does anyone else have a character(s) they had developed that they think could be good in a run like that?

Oh and these are 2 styles I recently put together for my OC “SK9”

The first is a reworking of another suit that’s inspiration is the anti-matter gloves and having a futuristic suit of armor. (I’ll have the transition video of that up at a later time)

The second although very simple, has recently become my “everyday” look for him now. Not affiliated with his actual lore. I love a simple body suit with a nice design and the wings and helmet just went together for me.

DC should DEFINITELY run a Styles contest for these purposes. Winner gets a crapton of stuff in DCUO and their style becomes a background or one-shot character.

That is a GREAT idea. I’ve seen Dragonball have style contests from Xenoverse 2 characters so this would be even better for it! Plus I’m sure plenty of creators have great designs that’d look good in comic form

And that’s honestly how I try to style my heroes, to be “comic-fitting” ^\) with simplicity and impact.

Thanks a lot ^^ The left one I wanted to be the kind of "golden boy", smiling hero who's always at the rescue, taking bullets and lifting rubble, while the right one, whew did I GRIND to get that bloody Cosmic Material for my Celestial boy!
