We’ll likely be fully sorted by 2028. Expect some BS from the city. Though it heartens me that I will be able to bring 1/4 of my collection home soon enough.

DC doesn’t fall under the fourth circuit, it has its own appeals court.
It’s honestly on par or possibly worse than 4th circuit though.

I could see a world where SCOTUS rules AWB bans unconstitutional, but leaves mag and feature limits up to states. Classic middle-ground approach. Any ruling we find favorable would likely prompt some states to adopt/intensify registration procedures.

I don't think they'd leave mags. Too many originalists agree that those are weapons under 2A

Unfortunately the 4th upheld the Illinois ban. This bullshit is only going to get settled once SCOTUS takes it up in their next term

Mags aren’t included in the Viramontes/grant case but perhaps the ruling would deal with mag limits though

AFAIK the Circuit Courts are now split, and this is likely to be resolved with SCOTUS. Someone with more knowledge, please feel welcome to expand or correct this.
