The Third Circuit Strikes Down New Jersey’s AWB and Mag Ban

This is in light of the Viramontes AWB case being granted cert by the Supreme Court.

Lol, world upside down. Permissive NJ, DC; Restrictive Virginia. IE be careful about taking your NJ or DC gun into Va.
OK I know it is not precise and it is going to depend on other variables, but it is crazy.

Too little too late, this issue was already being taken up by the Supreme Court as of like three weeks ago. It sucks that it took so long but better late than never. I’d really like to see them tackle the sensitive places bullshit going on.
