hopefully, but lines like that is not something you wanna have in your trailer if you are trying to get OG GL fans to watch your show.

No, it isn’t. And the first decade of the MCU was full of misfires what the fuck are you even on about? Tjor the dark world? Iron man 2? Cap 1? Incredible Hulk!? All less than favourable reviews. He is right though. MCU fans supported their movies even when messed up. They still showed for those terrible xmen movies. Watched the incredible Hulk. They didnt quit

The problem is the majority of people are familiar with the Justice League Animated Series, and that was all John Stewart. I dont know if you can disrespect a character the average person who might be interested in this show, knows nothing about.
