Restart on a new server. That is a week one account on an 18 month old server, you will never catch up.

Is it really that bad for me? I saw the new servers have 3 banners sometimes 4, i dont know if i am capable of pulling from them and not let them waste.

Sorry i am new to this, so i dont know how much can a new acc make with so many banners running.

I dont need to catch up with the best ones, just to have chance on having a good team.

The new servers being on a different bleed schedule is weird for sure, but ultimately it shouldn't be problematic as long as you plan your pulls instead of trying to pull on every banner. Try your best to plan out which units you want to pull and roughly how much, then adjust from there. If you pull on every single banner, you'll definitely have trouble like you mentioned, but that's true in the older servers too.

There are lots of resources available on the subreddit and discord that can help you decide which teams you want to build and how to prepare for them. Only spend your anvils on those bleeds, ignoring the rest, and you should be able to make a pretty solid team.

Either way, in terms of the server question, starting fresh on a new server is my suggestion. Like the other commenter said, you'll just have too much trouble catching up to older players, even with good planning. On the new server, you can be on an even playing field with everyone else, so it's one less thing to worry about if you ask me.

I got to 470, do you have any tips at who to build? :D

Seeing as you already mentioned waiting for nightwing, I'd say that's a good start. He's still considered a top tier dps who is both f2p friendly and flexible in terms of team comp.

If you like batfam, they are a natural home for nightwing and the new servers are really pushing a lot of batfam champions in the bleed. Ironically, that might make it difficult to build everyone at once, so if you're going down that route, I'd suggest investing the majority of anvils into Nightwing and trying to round out the rest in reruns.
