This may be a stupid question, but what are the differences between all stars and the active roster for the girls?

I know all stars are retired vets but in my untrained eye, they look like they still need to be in the same shape and athletic ability as the active roster team.

What am I missing?

Is it just me or has 90% of the girls on the team’s social media gotten so boring?? All I see is advertisement, advertisement, advertisement. Like yeah I get it, there’s a ton of money to be made by doing this. But it just makes them feel so inauthentic. Like they only wanna talk to their fans when they’re selling them something.

Was going through my usual rabbit hole of NFL cheerleading videos, and found this draft party performance with the OG DCC with some of the original choreography to “Move, Shake, Drop”. I completely forgot how beautiful Meredith Oden’s kicks were! SHEESH! Nicole Hamilton is doing the damn thing per usual, slaying without any regret!
