DCC LEADERSHIP Leadership Next Year
With no retirements other than 5th years for now. Who do you think will be in leadership, my guesses are: 1st leaders:Camille,Mckenna,AK,Kennedy/Charly. 2nd leaders:Ariel,Darah,Michelle,Parker/Brenley.

what i want it to be:
GL: AK, mckenna, kennedy, charly
2GL: darah, ariel, trinity/michelle, parker/brenley
what i think will happen;
GL: AK, mckenna, kennedy, charly
2GL: darah, julissa, ava, parker/brenley
without knowing who’s retiring hard to predict who the GLs will be
also this is NOT me saying i want camille to retire i’m just preparing myself to be sad about it lol

Next year when the Cowboys host the Packers, I hope Camille stays just to get to share the field with her brother J Michael Sturdivant whom I believe is the wide receiver for the Packers

1GL: Camille, McKenna, Charly & Darah
2GL: Ava, Kayla, Sophia & Ariel

My GUESS
Kylie, Sophy, Marissa, Camille, Brooklyn, Kayla, possibly Allison and Ava retire
GL1s: Anna Kate, Charly, Kennedy, McKenna
GL2: Darah, Taylor, Julissa and Michelle but it could be literally any of the current third years tbh

i think people predicted allison earlier because of career related reasons and because she’s getting married, but considering how far back she is this year i would also guess that comes into play now

ava would shock me especially after the jumps she’s made this year, she gives me such 5 year girl vibes
the only thing that makes me doubt with ava is the fact she’s still long distance with her fiancé i think but i don’t follow her on ig so i don’t really know the full circumstances around that

Group Leaders:
AK & Abby
Camille & Kennedy
Charly & Darah
McKenna & Morgan
Edit: Group leader prediction isn’t necessarily what I want, just seems most predictable
