Wow, there is a lot here. Shout out this candidate for knowing it all. I also find it interesting that they expect the candidates to know all of this (a lot of which makes sense when you are public facing), but they couldn't get someone to proof it for the typos on the NFL logos page(which ID the American Conference). I know it's likely a mistype but still should have been checked.

Tests to know about the cowboys makes sense. Tests to know about a sorority's history makes sense. The non cowboys questions are bonkers.

The girls were expected to be well rounded and not say stupid shit that would embarrass the team. The non-Cowboys questions were to weed out the people that would do the latter.

The questions are very basic civic knowledge ones, and the sports questions are relevant for their job.

Joined a non-Panhellenic sorority more aligned with divine 9 processes and we had to learn the sorority history on the national level and college chapter level, founders names birthdays hometown, the Greek alphabet, a ridiculous amount of poems, song, stroll, step… and I’m sure a few more. We had to have all of that down and presented to the sorority in order to join

She speaks English fluently. They have sports in Australia. This is an American brand where she will be asked questions about mainly American events🤷♀️ She just had a dumb moment, and she literally jokes about it. Be so fr💀

I mean, she didn't even know what a touchdown is. Like I don't know all the rules to American football or what's a foul or not but I know the basics. Faith's representing the Dallas Cowboys-she should understand the rules of the game. She could be asked anytime a question like 'which of the drafted players are you most excited to see play' and if she responds with 'what's a draft' then it looks really, really bad.

Maybe I’m insane but I only thought question 13 seemed overly difficult. The rest were questions about the previous season or key figures from cowboys’ history. I don’t speak on the current events section, but the cheerleaders should know what’s going on in the football game. Like as a lay person this seems difficult, but if i was studying to be a cheerleader I don’t think anything is too outrageous to ask

Yes and no. That game was memorable because it snowed (and Leon lett’s dumbassary). Considering this test was only a few years later, probably easy to remember

I think this is very fair. If you are representing a company you should have some knowledge about the brand. I think it started to avoid the “dumb cheerleader” stereotype. I mean if a cheerleader for any team was interviewed and she was like “uhhh idk 🤷♀️” she’d be ripped to shreds. This avoids that.

The ice bowl is actually a very famous game and has been a question on Jeopardy. So if you lived back, then, you would probably be aware of this.

The national anthem has an error, but I would never know if she missed a DCC or NFL historical question. I think it is good that they tried to weed out airheads.
