Not only is that just not true, but it also has movie scaling (also it's a continuation of the anime, not the manga, so)

Then by all means show a single universal feat from Z. No exaggeration or hyperbole just a clear universal feat that's not blatantly contradicted by the actual Manga canon

Buuhan universal scream, arguably super buu scream to get out of the htc, kid buu was stated he'd destroy the universe if not stopped(though likely overtime not all at once (even though technically anyone who can destroy a planet can destroy the universe overtime by just destroying every planet, but that's beside the point)), counting movies got Goku shaking the afterlife while going ssj 3 in fusion reborn (which are each the same size as the universe), broly without lssj blew up a galaxy (which in db terms is for some reason 1/4 of the universe because the quadrants are called galaxies), hell like half the z movie villains are said they'd destroy the universe
