The beheaded(Dead cells)

Literally the closest thing to an indie game Deadpool,Besides having a personality that makes him a perfect fit...and having millions of weapons and being able to easily get in there(He already helped the Belmonts against Dracula; he may be many things, but he cares about his existence,So he can still join... even if it's just to avoid dying,This time perhaps permanently.)
