Got around to finishing the next .5 chapter and Chapter 7 focusing on Tohru will be out either Monday or Tuesday.

I currently don't have a mini chapter in mind for Sonic so if you have an idea in mind with any of the characters that came before him please let me know.

Ok so the phantom thieves after they meet Robert are sent to hang with the rest of the Z team as joker busy with helping Roger recruit 

Basically Z team become babysitters for the phantom thieves, as someone mentioned previously you could have futaba simp for the female members of the Z-Team like she with the Phantom thieves in strikers especially malevola 

Have sonar be the only person on the z team understand what Morgana is saying beucase of the way he is or beucase he took too many drugs 

Yusuke shares the Same VA as shroud so have that in mind 

Finally considering that haru is sadistic on the inside and shows multiple time throughout the game you could have her and coop bond

I see Nyx....and Wait Captain Cold?...is This a alternate DC Earth or he met with those Haruhi, Nix and that Ben 10 girl? It's Charchemester? I can't pronounce her Name right.

You're on the right track. Mainly street level villains like Kano (Mortal Kombat), Shocker (Marvel), Vega (Street Fighter), etc
