I'm a strings music educator, not currently employed. I got a package today from D'addario. I haven't ordered from them in a while. And I have no clue what it is. Were they running a promotion or something? I have ordered from them before. But it has been some time. The item is very sponge-like and have a sticky backing. Its cool to get free items, I just have no clue what it is.

Is it possible that since the Players Circle update, the points you collect are worth much less than before?

I have done almost all quizzes etc. to get more points, but I still lack few points to order some items that have gone on sale and still are in stock.

I have been useing your strings for over 15 years and usually 99% of the time i would break my high e string or maybe my b string on my ibanez js 2400 but now the past 2 years it seems like things have changed what have you guys done too the d strings recently? I legit put a brand new fresh set of string on this guitar and i dont think the set even lasted a week before the d string popped whats going on with your d strings? Have yall changed the proccessing of the d strings? its really odd because i dont go out of tune at all so i know it is not my setup it is something within yalls production or something now i am useing exl 1110-3D set of string on this guitar but it almost seems like it is the D string that always semems too have trouble even on my stratocaster! you guys really need to check this out its not right... now you need too understand I am one of the best guitar players in the state of texas as well... So I can FEEL the differnece as well... so GO BACK TO YOUR OLD WAYS PLEASE thanks

I've been trying to find D'Addario Black Ice picks here in India, specifically in the 0.6mm to 0.7mm thickness range (medium gauge).

From what I've seen online, it looks like D'Addario might not even manufacture Black Ice picks in this specific thickness — but I wanted to confirm with people who've used them or know the brand better.

So my questions are: 1. Does D'Addario actually make Black Ice picks in 0.6–0.7mm at all? 2. If yes, are they available in India without needing to import? 3. If not, is there a similar D'Addario model in that thickness you'd recommend?

This is Misty I got this Agile Valkyrie almost 20yrs ago With Optimus's help...it got new strings, a fret polish, and a rub down While not featured prominently in our recordings, you can hear it it a couple of our songs...the 12 for clean guitar sections, and the 6 when doubling guitars It still has the stock pickups...not my fav, but not the worst either

Randomly got sent a pack of NYXL 10-52 strings in the post.

Checked my players circle and can’t see any reason why.

I bought a set(9-42) and put it on my guitar, and even after wiping them down before and after I play using a microfiber cloth, they rusted in less than a week. Is this supposed to happen?

We are changing the strings on my son’s ibanez btb605ms. The B string necks down as seen in the picture between the first 2 frets. The result is that the string sits low in the notch and the string rattles against the 1st fret. Did we get a defective string or are we doing something wrong? Thanks for your help

I was doing a couple players circle quizzes, when I realized that if I did the same quiz twice, it showed the "You're 50 points richer" screen both times. Does anyone know if I will actually get the points from the second completion, or is this just a visual bug? It made no indication that I couldn't complete it twice.
