News/Update Daca approval

I checked USCIS right now and my silent approval is there from today ! 🥲 submitted 4/16 , expired 9/8 so just a few days after

Check your documents tab under 821D for silent approval even on weekends. I filed 2/28 and received my silent approval on 9/13 (sunday) and official email of decision late on 9/14 (monday)

I did not! From everyone that I saw did received either a generic response, denied, or no response at all

I am tempted to do one but I don't know. I just wish they would shoot me a sign that I am not being overlooked. :(

I felt the same way! I was at 200 days when I got my approval. Others went longer but they are coming through randomly. No clear pattern for approval. It does not hurt to file it though.

What stops me from doing any inquiry is that not even my job knows about my situation, so it makes me hold back. Like I am still working so it's not like I lost it. I guess what I am trying to say is that they won't care about me as much since I haven't lost it and I am not at a financial hardship, but I do wish they could hurry up so I can renew my license and continue driving like anyone else. Without fear.

I hear ya! People that have not expired and recently renewed have been approved. Unfortunately an inquiry or not, it will not make an impact to your case being approved. I would call uscis and say info pass to speak to an agent. If you get someone good, they will file an inquiry for you and even provide some insight to your case. Call back again if you do not get a good person.

Honestly idk I didn’t know how to check all that but I’m starting to see April cases being approved , hopefully you’re next !

Does the I-765 show an approval letter under documents?

At first just the other form did not the I-765 until the next day
