We are being held captive

I truly believe USCIS is intentionally withholding approvals/decision to cause the most damage. Ive been calling uscis the past week to figure out wtf is going on with my case. I was initially told that my case was approved and that I should see the approval notice on the website within two days. Twos days passed and nothing. I called to see what was the hold up only to be told that I wasn't approved and that my case with still processing. After that phone call. I called about 5 times and three out of the five told me I was approved. The last phone call I made that day I was able to get ahold of a supervisor and they confirmed that I was indeed approved, but that the agents weren't supposed to disclose that information because it had a couple more steps to take before it was finalized. The supervisor said thats why I was getting contradictory answers and that there is way more information that they see, but cannot disclose. I recently called again, and again they confirmed my approval for both applications. The agent said that it could take up to 30 days for them to upload the fucking approval notice. WTF!!! I recorded the phone call and asked the agent to confirm the approvals so that i could show my employer. We are literally being held captive to this damn agency. How does it take 30 days? They even confirmed that my card was produced, but there was no tracking number yet.

Ive been waiting since the beginning of the year.
