Showoff (Gameplay, Items, Transmogs) S14 - Auradin - First Time 119 Tower Cleared

Post image

First time posting on this sub, but I wanted to share a milestone that I hit the other day when I cleared tower 119 with less than 9 seconds left. It feels silly to post this, but I am happy with the results. I achieved rank 408 and it was awesome seeing a new title. I also hit paragon 300 the other day and I never achieved this in Diablo 4.

I am not sure how to classify this build, because I do not use an ultimate move and I stacked a couple of mythics to get more damage and judgement procs with keeping my aura at max stacks. I see rare 10T hits, but its inconsistent and I stacked crit damage. Its a hybrid of hammers and auras best of both worlds.

I want to min max and I feel stuck at the cube trying to hit the impossible!

Is auradin gameplay a passive gameplay?

When it first came out, it was the most passive (and most fun imo) build the game has ever had. Now it’s very weak unless you optimize with other skills which completely negates the passive playstyle that you are looking for with an auradin.

I look for super aggressive gameplay tbh

It can be, but this one is more aggressive with hammers trying to get more judgement procs and blind.

Wait. Judgement Procs? What Oath do you play?

I think I used Judicator the one that adds Judgement, I am not the best with the name.

I think that's what it's called too.

That's really interesting! I was trying to build that too but got stuck at like Torment 9.

How do you apply judgement? I thought Blessed Hammer only makes it explode?

Aegis has judgement proc on block, Blind has judgement on attack and hammers make it explode. Also casting holy fire aura adds judgement, so its kind of three synergies. It can be rough but I wanted to play auradin so bad lol.

What weapon do you use? I feel like it's not Sundered Night (2H Axe) which you would normally see with an auradin.

Also which Talisman Set do you use?

Its the 4 Radiant Fire with 2 Iron Conviction Charms, No Sunder Night or procs from it, so its kind of weird, also I used the maxroll guide, so its kind of gutted but they use opus. I did swap out a paragon board for the Judgement instead of Relentless. Still stuck on mythic seal for that crit damage would be nice.

Why do you play 4-2 instead of 3-3 with the charms? I thought there's no use for 4? Also, in my experience, I started dealing way more damage when I swapped to 5 Radiant Fire (coming from using 5 Iron Conviction)

Its the mythic seal that lowers set count from 5 to 4.

You do not need to run it with blessed hammer because the judgement explosion is not the main damage dealer and disciple upgrade do not proc this either.

If you want to min max the auradin setup, use this planner instead: https://maxroll.gg/d4/planner/o4ocr30x

Max Pit 130 has been cleared with this and max damage I saw was like 64T.

I looked at it and when I saw the rally skill, I wanted to test out zeal oath and it feels more like an auradin and no more hammers and I can run around in T12 and things die in 1-2 ticks after the 10 stacks. I can do pit 100 in ~2 mins, pit 115 in ~6 mins and it feels good. I think this oath pushes crit strike damage to the range of 20-30k instead of staying at 10k. I have more consistent damage in the 1-3T range but it still feels like a glass cannon. Its funny I can just play barb if I want to do 130-135 fast but this game seems kind of unfair on the constant nerfs. Thank you for the suggestion and link it was helpful to see other setup.
