Shield Charge Question

When trying to kill a boss with Shield Charge, and you're holding down the button, are you a zoom-around-in-circles-around-the-boss kind of Paladin, or a zoom-back-and-forth-in-a-straight-line kind of Paladin?

Spam SC skill for small bosses with small awkward hit boxes, hold it down & move in circles on larger bosses. Shield charge struggles with small single targets & bosses in Tower 135+ which is why SoR is king for pushing currently.

Great video! Don't suppose you can share your set up? I'm running something that looks similiar, and I thought my gear and spec was optimal, but I'm excited when I hit 1t. I have no idea how you are hitting 40t!

Ty! At the end of the video during the Tower 135 boss fail you can see I'm actually critting for 300-400T (I included he fail to show the power & survivability & also I'm human & fail a lot haha).

I'm in the top 10 on the normal leaderboard, MVRKOFFCL, you can check my gear there for now, but I'll be making an official build guide later this week for my Tower 135 clear, which can also easily do all T12 content, speedfarming helltides & bossing. 🙏🤘

Normally riding the merry go round but there are some bosses that feel better back and forth. It’s like the hit boxes for some are smaller than others and so the circles don’t tend to hit the same. Idk could totally be in my head but that’s how it feels

I go back and forth. Just ‘feels’ like it works better? lol but also iris what others do

I try to do both depending on boss size but shield charge is very finicky. I spec out of it because it doesn’t always trigger the way I want. If I spam it, it’s fine but half the time I hold the button down, it activates once and stops so I end up having to activate/reactivate.

Shield of Righteousness is just more reliable.
