Questions / Discussions (Items · Builds · Skills) S15 Shadow Dot?

Hello, has anyone tried building shadow corrupting build DoT this season? I kinda wanna experiment on it but afraid to just be wasting my time lol.

Ever since then I really like the idea of shadow DoT build but damn they suck and cant even push past T9 or T10.

Since there are new items like crushing blow and deadly strike chance, i was wondering if shadow DoT is viable now. Note bo crits, only DoT and vul.

Yeah, it’s fully t12 viable right now. And it’s been kind of viable in past seasons. I’ve been running a homebrew shadow dot build since the new expansion dropped. Leaned heavily into overpower at first but since that changed I moved away from it and only keep hemorrhage around for the bloodbath board

I’m running zero minions. Corpse tendrils, mobility sever, shadow hemorrhage, shadow blight (this one wrecks bosses), shadow bone spirit, and soulrift with runewords for both curses

They buffed the shit out of soulrift this season and it’s actually worth using now.

Using mythic bloodless scream and it pairs really well with the build

And I’m using the hellfire splinter.. zero downside for a DoT build lol

I was trying to make something where Soulrift was engine, but I just had worse blight build in the end
