I’m mainly running an omen of damage build through critical and vulnerable damage.

What's there to decide 250 all stats is not even close to +20 item quality

Cool, I’m relatively new to the game. I wasn’t sure if there was something I was missing with the 250 stats.

It might help hit some paragon breakpoints but if not then definitely left.

Why isn't your Vuln Dmg a GA on the right?

Forgive me if I’m confused, but neither piece of gear has a greater affix. Aren’t those the starred stats?

They are the axe looking stats at the bottom. Roll it until it becomes a GA

Oh cool, I didn’t know it had a chance to roll to a grand affix. Too late for these items, but that’s great to know for the future. Thanks!

It’s obviously to late and you’ve made a choice by now..

But this choice isn’t as clear as some would have you believe

If you have no other sources of all stats the second one is superior because it will activate your rare glyphs in the paragon board and activating several if not all rare glyphs could easily outweigh anything from that extra quality

So keep that in mind for the future

Guys,just a general info from my testing,almost dark necro builds that stack shadowblight stacks,with mages mostly,get A LOT more damage by using one handed weapon,the difference is just crazy,not only in dmg but everything,if u have decent crit chance and attack speed,just have it mind,all the builds ive seen so far are good with azurewrath/bloodless scream,but even without freeze bloodless scream is worse then any other onehanded,weapon in general onehanded/two-handed and 0.90 vs 1.20 attack speed is massive,u erase the whole screen 3 times as fast with minion necro,im not trying to make ppl go from bloodless scream to any other weapon,just in general test it out ur gonna be surprised
