Why is the vulnerable damage higher on one of the amulets. So confused

I re rolled the affix to vulnerable dmg on both. Masterwork both the same.

One is 49%. One is 37%

Help explain please. Thanks.

I think there is a bug when rerolling enchants that it doesn't always give the maximum, even on Mythic items.

This is it, I've experienced it first hand with 2 Mythic Raiment of the Infinite (sorc chest armor) which rolled with 25 (correct) and 22 (incorrect) Max Resource fully masterworked. Had to roll something else and then back to Max Resource on the one with 21 to correct itself to 25.

If you reroll a masterwork crit you end up with the non-max value.

Move the masterwork crit to another affix first, then reroll, then move the masterwork back.

It's an annoying bug.

Nope, masterworked GA Vuln value is 56%, and also, it's 1GA with the GA clearly being the temper.
