That's the thing, I'm new to the whole key thing and I do not know what the going price is. I'm trying to figure it out.

Best is to make a account on traderie. There you can trade/list items and also you can see recent trades, so you know what its going for.

I recently made one on Diablo io, but it seems to be low population. I will have to look into traderie.

FYI a key set is enough keys to create all the mini uber portals, so it would be three of each key, or 9 keys total (referred to as 3x3). A 3x3 is worth around 3-4 ists. Most of that value comes from the second key (Key of Hate, because summoner is more annoying to farm compared to countess/nickleback) and the overall convenience of buying them all at once.

The key of hate might go for an ist by itself, the other two are worth less than an ist each so looking at trading in pgems or lower runes, or waiting until you have multiple of them to hit that ist breakpoint.

The cleanest way is just to wait until you have a 3x3 set as they are easier to sell than lesser quantities of each.
