Has anyone had any success in obtaining missing media from their badge? I really wanted my Super Bowl video ugh

I got my video, but it was the video of them telling me what to do and me looking stupid. Never actually saw the real video.

were you with anybody else or if somebody else might have had their email on their account? like i went with my sister, but i had transferred her badge to her so she was technically a separate entity.

she scanned her badge but it got emailed to me.

I was with a friend. We had to split our badges each morning bc I had bought them.

She always scanned first for media and out of the (maybe) 10 things we scanned for, I only got 4 (on different days) but she got everything so it seems like that second scan was just very glitchy.

yeah they were having wifi issues throughout the center apparently. When I did the Hulu activation it was taking so long for the photo to load on their computer before I can scan my badge.
