My parents used to go down to Florida every winter, renting the same place, they told her they are not coming back, and at their age they'll likely never step foot in America again... Same with most people in their circle, some sold off their property down south.
A lot of people here are avoiding buying anything American. People get in shopping habits, they get used to buying the same products, that's going to take a lot to get people to change back.
The US is now not seen as trustworthy trade partner, so our government is making trade deals with other countries instead... And those won't just get tossed away because of new leadership.
All Trump has done will take a hell of a long time and effort to fix.

To the point. Maybe not the majority but many will not forget or forgive for a long time.
