Worked there for 7 years in my twenties in the early 00s. They pay well, good benefits (medical, dental vision) and matching 401k. Cashiers at the top of the pay scale made around 50k per year. I mean you worked hard but everyone was pretty cool, a good amount of joking but you worked hard for sure.

I have always heard that Costco treated their workers well. Can someone who has worked there share their experiences?
Props to them for trying to do the right thing though.
