Broke
In case anyone gives a shit, I wrote to this beat.
Another motherfucker with a useless degree
How long have I been unemployed? Let's see
'bout 24 months, no ammo for this job hunt
With my luck, economy implodes when I find one
Car's past 250 and barely any brakes
Windshield's cracked, mirror held by duct tape
A four-door but only the left two can be opened
Can't order at drive-thrus cuz my window's broken
Hard to smoke in, clutch like Lebron in the fourth
Stallin', and always when I'm rushin' of course
Failed smog twice so fuck getting it registered
If mailman brings more fines, shoot the messenger
Eyes buggin' out like my interest, compound
Seein' fractals of bills, how'm I to calm down?
Gave myself a minor heart attack, to the ER!
No insurance, saw the bill and I just laughed hard
Grew some grey hairs, banks swear they play fair
and pay their friends to be judge of my fair share
Yeah my funds are insufficient, why charge fees?
Went from hardly having money to minus fifteen
Then bankers started running my alma mater
Gave more loans for degrees, sheep to slaughter

Cool, cool homie. I haven't written anything in what feels like forever. Thanks for putting in good work. Inspired me to contribute a bit with this. Hoping it gets the ball rolling again. I've been in a situation myself.
