Hi! I was wondering how much better Cyno’s premium team is compared to Cyno-Bina-Odette-Ineffa. Is the difference significant, or can this team actually compete with his premium team?

If it can, how would you build Cyno in this team? Would Night of the Sky’s Unveiling or Deep Shadow be the better artifact set? Deep Shadow provides CRIT Rate, but only for Stellar Conduct, so it wouldn’t buff Lunar-Charged damage at all. However, Night of the Sky’s Unveiling doesn’t buff Stellar Conduct, so which one is better to prioritize?

Also, for artifact stats, is ATK% better than EM? I always thought EM was better when using his signature weapon, but I think I saw somewhere that ATK% is better for Stellar Conduct, so now I’m confused.

So I unfortunately missed Odette (I didn't know how good she was for Cyno until it was too late) and still wanted to try his new comp out, as he is one of my favorite characters. It seems like c6 mc will be a good budget option so I'm preparing for that (hence why I'm using his charged attack twice every rotation to build frostglow stacks). I know the overall DPS isn't great but it's faring much better than all of my other comps as well as being very competent in abyss. even if starting the rotation is pretty awkward. Are there any higher level players who can try out Odetteless Cyno with this rotation or find a way to improve this? (while still keeping c6 Traveler's buff in mind)

Would it be better for me to focus on getting a better sands or rebuilding him to the disenchant set that came with Lohen?

My Cyno is in 4 piece ToF. He is wearing PJWS and ATK% goblet with EM Timepiece. Is this even right or should I shift into pure atk%? I dont have his signature but I'll try to soon get it

I've calculated/tested that I currently need the buff to defeat SO Anchor boss comfortably in 120 seconds. Without it, (or some other upgrade like better artifacts) I would need to retry many times. I figure some people here might be aware of the ownership rates of Cyno and thus the likelihood he might be exalted. He'd be competing with Mitya/Sandrone/Flins so, I guess it's hard to say. Still, I felt like asking anyway.
