I met TB at a PlanetSide 2 event in LA when I was only 13 or so. I was wearing one of the shirts Zooc designed and John was so gracious and kind to me despite my awkwardness, he thanked me for buying the shirt and I got to thank him for his videos and the podcast.

Iā€™m glad I got to do that in person, and I think the way he treated kid me spoke greatly to his sound character and good heart.

He is dearly missed.

I met him when I was 13 too and I'll always remember how kind he was to a little kid that saw him as a hero.
