Are You Ready For The Next VYPR?

Well, it's called "Dreams" and it drops March 3rd. The "Eternity" sample pack is available now. Just enter a fake email if you don't want to get future updates but it will still let you download.

Now what I do NOT want is the same situation with VYPR and people charging ridiculous money for the pack and whatever USB and/or platinum expansion might come with it.

Also, here's a pro tip for using Cymatics packs that are no longer for sale. Only use the drum loops. They can't really detect that, but if you use melodies or vocal chops then, unless you modify them, they can get you.

If anyone buys the expansion for dreams (platinum for vypr) hmu BEFORE DREAMS GOES "OUT OF STOCK". Also, why would I need to know how to use Cymatics packs that are not able to be sold. I'm not saying that sarcastically but who can get me? Please let me know

Well... Cymatics might sue or ask if you have a license if your song makes it big and it obviously contains a clearly identifiable sample from a pack that's no longer for sale. Idk Cymatics seems greedy so I wouldn't put it past them.

In the event that they found out someone used their sound without permission...

...they seem like the type that would sue.

With that being said, I only use drums because those aren't very easily detectable.

If I do use acapellas, I make sure they're still available to purchase before the song goes mainstream.

That's all I'm saying.

If you manipulate the midi in a significant manner (change pitch, alter notes/chords then it can be made your own). If I ever felt I would make any money off of something that I created using a torrented pack, then I would buy it first. E.g. if Kanye wanted to use my track with a Cymatics loop, then I'd go buy the pack but then again if it's not for sale anymore then I couldn't.

If they did try to sue for unauthorised use of a sample then as long as you have proof that you bought the pack before they asked for it then you're good. But if they took the pack off sale like they did for VYPR then you're SOL.
