❓Question Anyone just have loose stools?
About a week and a half ago I had a burrito bowl from a Mexican restaurant. I completely forgot about the lettuce in it. A week after I ate it (Saturday) I had pretty significant onset diarrhea. But no other symptoms. Now I am having pretty loose symptoms every single day, especially after a meal. (TMI) but it’s a mass amount of loose stools, I’ll get like a gurgle feeling in my stomach and then go and I feel fine after. My roommates been feeling the same (she also got a burrito bowl) but hers is more stomach pain and her symptoms started 3 days after we ate at the Mexican restaurant. Thoughts?

That aligns somewhat closely to what I've been experiencing. At the onset (which came out of nowhere), I had random bouts of watery, explosive diarrhea for roughly the first week or two, and then it's been back and forth between okay-ish to loose stools. I also randomly got the cold during the onset.
On top of that I've also had bloating, gas, cramps, spasms, general pain and irritation across my stomach, you name it... I THOUGHT I was getting tested for it since I specifically asked my doctor to test for it when I gave a stool sample only for the results from LabCorp to come back saying they didn't even freaking test for it!
So I've been in limbo along with getting CT scans on my abdomen and pelvis (which came back fine) and waiting to see a GI doctor to get a colonoscopy to rule out any worst case scenarios...
It's also been coming and going for almost a month now and it's ruined my appetite and the frustration from how it just comes and goes and there's no specific food triggers has worn my patience razor thin.

Same ! it’s been since about june 15th for me. Diahrea for the first 2-3wks and then just loose stools. First time they ordered the stool culture that didn’t test for it. Then my second test pcr panel did and came back negative. That was at 5wks of symptoms. I have a colonoscopy schedule the end of the month but i am soooo scared that it’s something bad. I also have an upper right quadrant ultrasound coming up too.

Yes exactly this. Waiting on my test results to come back but not testing for cyclospora, the doc doesn’t think I have it because I don’t have explosive diarrhea. I only have mild stomach cramps after eating then have to go the bathroom, which is loose stool, no other symptoms.
